Yoga – Mondays at 9.30-10.45 am
This class is a slow flow yoga class. It is both nurturing and deep experience as well as a dynamic and intelligent, combining yoga sun salutations and traditional yoga poses within the framework of alignment and physical balance.
Essential Strength- Thursdays at 9.30-10.45 am
The Essential Strength Class is designed to help you cultivate balanced muscle tone, a functional core, and long supple muscles in an intelligent and challenging way. This class combines elements from yoga, pilates and strength training for a well rounded and balanced experience. This is the more intermediate/movement based class and is suitable for people with an existing physical practice.
Classes are held in Holy Shift Studio located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn NY.
Take the F line to Ft. Hamilton PKWY stop.
$80 for a 5 class pass, good for 2 months (not refundable).
$18 per class for drop-in.
